Harbin Metro has just 2 metro lines. But, there seems to be a plan to build several railway lines including circular lines.
By the way, I noticed a strange thing. The blueprint on the article shows the train stopping at station without platform screen doors. On the other hand, except for some in Beijing and Shangha, all of the subway stations in China have platform screen doors. So, this image is not realistic one.
