He said "College just became preparatory school for job-hunting but I think it is not the role of college. So, I attended many lectures while I was a undergraduate student. But, my effort in studying at the college wouldn't be appreciated. Then, I gave up being engaged in job-hunting and decided to be a graduate student."
What he says is mostly to the point. I often hear that those who have experienced captains of sports' clubs are favored, those who have sweethearts are favored, those who look handsome or cute are favored by recruiters. None of them has nothing to do with studying in college. I wonder why diligent people aren't appreciated in job-hunting.
