In Japan, it is impossible to repeat a year in junior high schools or elementary schools. But, he suggested introducing repeater systems in elementary schools and junior high schools.
In my opinion, I reject the plan if the plan is implemented under the following conditions.
・The system is applied only in Osaka Prefecture(City).→large amounts of repeaters in Osaka will make job hunting worse.*1
・Repeaters are determined by relative assessment→Possibility of the students who can't become the next year students for good.
The most important thing is that everyone has his/her own ability. And, some people wouldn't graduate from junior high schools, however hard they study.
And, another concern is that those who repeat a year will be bullied.
I have a plan for preventing it. I'll talk about it in the near future.
*1:Japanese companies dislike older applicants.
