I often visit a notice board on the Internet. The contents of the notice board are related to railways in East Asia. To tell the truth, I found the man taking pictures of trains at Koman station in Incheon(仁川広域市), Korea to be the operator of the notice board.
When I met him at Koman station, I expected that he may be the operator of the notice board. It is surprising that my expectation is to the point.
