On my way to Kansai International Airport, I rode Kansai Airport Rapid Service, which is famous as an unintelligible train. The train is usually coupled with Kishuji Rapid Service, which is not bound for Kansai International Airport. The train is uncoupled at Hineno.
It has been an issue that visitors mistakenly board Kishuji Rapid Service, assuming that it's a part of Kansai Airport Rapid Service. So, JR West, operator of the train, began to announce that in Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese.
As I expected, some foreigners moved from Kishuji Rapid Service at Hineno.
After arriving at Kansai International Airport, I had to wait in a long queue ahead of baggage inspection. That's because today is the beginning day of winter vacation for most of the Japanese citizens.
