Why is dark tourism meaningful?

Chernobyl and the dangerous ground of 'dark tourism'
https://edition.cnn.com/travel/article/dark-tourism-chernobyl/index.html

Dark tourism seems to be inappropriate for some people who would say "What an impolite attitude it is to visit the place where many people were dead for fun!"

But, whatever their motivations would be, it's a good opportunity to know how awful it is and to swear that we will never repeat the same failure.

Why don't we focus on Haneda Airport Access Line?

(Translation begins)
8 trains per hour, each of which consists of 15 coaches, will run on Haneda Airport Access Line. Plan says.
http://dia.seesaa.net/article/201802_JREast_Haneda_access_service_plan_revealed.html

Report of environmental assessment about Haneda Airport Access Line's East Yamanote Route, which will initially be built by JR East, was publicized on the website of Tokyo.
Haneda Airport station will be composed of 1 platform and 2 tracks. Train depot will be placed on Tokyo Freight Terminal Station. Though most of the newly operateded section will be double tracks, connecting point with Tokaido Line near Tamachi Station will be single track, which is envisaged to be bottleneck.
The report includes plans for train diagram.
144 trains per day, 8 trains per hour, 15 coaches were written there. Though it's not clear whether it's about one direction or both ones, it would be better to think that it's about both directions. That's because there is a single track section and frequent trains on conversational Tokaido Line.

Though West Yamanote Route and Bay Route as wel should also be branching from somewhere, this report doesn't refer to it specifically.
(Translation ends)

Since this rail line is so complicated that I'm not sure where it passes.
I would like to study more.

Why is it difficult to deal with sudden catastrophic disaster?

Fighting Ebola is hard but in the Congo mistrust and fear is making it harder
https://edition-m.cnn.com/2019/06/22/health/ebola-outbreak-congo-intl/index.html?r=https%3A%2F%2Fedition.cnn.com%2F

As is often the case with new type of disease or catastrophic disaster, it may cause wrong rumour among people, because most of them don't know enough information about how to escape from them.
So, it would be important for us to ensure communicating means before outbreak of those phenomena.

Why is this lounge rare?

Assisted travel lounge opened at Birmingham New Street
https://www.railwaygazette.com/news/passenger/single-view/view/assisted-travel-lounge-opened-at-birmingham-new-street.html

Travel lounge for handicapped people is not common in both of rail and air transportation. But, this approach is a rare example.
I want more rail companies and air companies to install this lounge.

Why is PATH to be modernized?

PATH Improvement Plan revealed
https://www.metro-report.com/news/news-by-region/americas/single-view/view/path-improvement-pan-revealed.html

PATH is one of the major transportations connecting Manhattan and New Jersey.
But, train frequency and ticketing system are not sufficient for urban rails in New York.
So, I would like to expect this improvement.

Why is it difficult to run through many countries in Europe by high speed train?

Trenitalia prepares for Paris – Milano launch
https://www.railwaygazette.com/news/high-speed/single-view/view/trenitalia-prepares-for-paris-milano-launch.html

Though long-haul high speed trains are common in China, it's not the case in Europe. That's because signaling systems, electrical systems, and laws might be different between different countries.
I wish these issues would be solved by technological development like this case.

Why don't you pay attention to dirty river?

Striking photos show a decade of environmental decline along the Ganges
https://edition.cnn.com/style/article/ganges-environment-photographs/index.html

Pollution along river usually symbolizes how well the sanitation of the country is.
So, if you visit a country whose river has many garbages, quality of tap water would also be hazardous, though it must be cleaner than river.
