Singapore tenders operation of future metro lines

As I said before, Singapore should think about building rapider metro lines or launching rapider trains for main lines rather than building more lines with many stations.
When it comes to moving between Changi International Airport and downtown, train is slower than taxi or bus.
I wish there would be rapider train service.
