Today, I visited a restaurant featuring "Spaghetti grilled with egg on iron plate", which is called "Teppan Spaghetti" in Japanese. The dish itself is one of the specialities in Nagoya. But, at this time, I visited the restaurant in Kuwana, a suburban city of Nagoya
Here is a menu. I ordered Taiwan Spaghetti, while my wife ordered Teppan Italian Spaghetti.
(Please notice that Taiwan Spaghetti is not originated in Taiwan. Nagoyan people call flavor of spicy minced beef with green onion "Taiwan")
Noodles in both of Taiwan Spaghetti and Teppan Italian Spaghetti were chewy.
The restaurant name is Isenokaten. If you have an opportunity, I recommend you to visit.
