What it’s like to travel to every country in the world

I wonder why it's possible to visit every country, when we consider that some countries do not allow people who've entered the other nations to enter. For example, people who've been to North Korea or Iran are barred from entry to US.
So, there must be extra legal measures to let them go to every country.
