Who can say that China succeeded to control the virus?
The country seems to tell people to stay in the cities where they live. And, it would be impossible for many people to travel, if they are required to be isolated for 14 days.
It means the country couldn't control the virus even with strict regulations. So, we should accept infection to an extent, and should be looking forward to seeing wide use of vaccine.
