I've experienced the horror of accumulation of burnable items. In my workplace, there was carbonized wood chips heaped on the ground. Its height was just 1 meter. Even when I sprinkled water on them, smoke emerges from them.
So, it must be much more difficult to deal with trash heaping 62 meters high.
