At least 149 killed in Seoul Halloween crowd surge

It's unclear what caused the accident.
But, I guess it's falling down of overcrowded people. Akashi pedestrian bridge accident in 2001 is the similar human crash. 11 people were killed in the crash. Judging from the difference of the casualties, it must be extremely huge accident.
