I don't know whether drivers of SMRT Bus are placed in severe labor environment or not.
I've heard that some drivers of SMRT Bus went on strike a few months ago.
But, the article says the driver had adequate rest before driving.
So, the problem seems to be in the mechanical part of the bus.
