Hong Kong is opening up to tourism -- but is it too late?

Multiple Covid-19 inspections and prohibition of eating at restaurant for 3 days must discourage potential visitors. And, for those who want to visit Mainland or Macau after Hong Kong, it's not full easing.
But, for visitors desperately wishing to visit the city, it must be good news.
I wish remaining restrictions could be lifted soon.
