Construction of St Petersburg light rail line launched

Since suspension of tram operation in Moscow was announced, I guess it's difficult for Russia to operate tram systems,due to lack of tram components. That may be caused by economic sanction. It's mysterious to hear that more tram lines will be built in the same country.
