The destinations dropping all Covid rules for entry and more of the latest in travel

It's important for me to make sure of the destinations where we can visit without isolation or other complicated procedures to prevent Covid-19. Though there are some destinations where we can visit without them, Japan still requires 3 days isolation except for those who have already been vaccinated 3 times. It's the biggest barrier that discourages me from going abroad.
