If a professional soccer team is not sponsored by affordable company, the soccer team has to suffer from lack of money. I guess it's not common for companies in Congo to support soccer teams. So, the soccer team couldn't afford to prepare soccer court. In developing countries, FIFA will have to aid teams there financially.
