Ghana Railway Development Authority board appointed

Ghana has railway network in Southern part. It includes Ghana's capital city of Accra. But, railway network around Accra is not sufficient, judging from the fact that more than 5 million people live in metropolitan area of Accra.
I wish the new members can plan urban railways around the city.
