Expansion of urban rails in Manila is not rapid.
Except for this expansion, the route map of Manila Metro is the same as the one I saw 8 years ago, when I went to Manila.
So, traffic jam in Manila hasn't yet been improved since then. I wonder why the government does not promote construction of urban rails.
