Ningbo Line 3 suburban extension opens

The extended section on Ningbo Metro Line 3 is suburban part of Ningbo City. But, I think that downtown area of Ningbo City should be prioritized to build new subway lines.
In China, it's not still common to commute from remote suburban area.
