Thailand leaked memo raises concerns over Sinovac vaccine's efficacy

I've heard that most of the countries using Sinovac or Sinopharm cannot reduce severity and death by Covid-19. Chinese Authority and World Health Organization should admit that both of them have no efficacy against Covid-19.
