Tram systems in cities with severe weather should pay attention to comfort of passengers waiting train at each stop. Under extremely high temperature or low temperature, it's uncomfortable to stand on platform for a long time. So, tram operator should install roof and wall to let them more comfortable. Otherwise, nearby building such as supermarket or shopping store should be designated as shelter.
