Why do we have to choose true opinions from feminists?

In Japan, #ActiveBystander campaign against sexual harassment hits men in the conscience

In terms of feminists' opinions, we should distinguish excessive ones from decent ones. For example, it had been common sense in Japan that ladies are supposed to make tea for employees or guests at business meetings. But now, in most Japan's companies, it's treated as discriminative easy task. I agree with this change.
On the other hand, some feminists say "There should be more female exectives". I think whether or not their opinion is true depends on portion of female workers.
In an industry where there are few females, it would be nonsense or counter-discrimination to promote more female workers as exectives.
