JR East will go on strike for the first time after privatization

Ministry of Welfare and Labor announced notification of possible strike by Japan Railway East Labor Union on February 20th.
After March 2nd, it will be carried out in Tokyo and Chiba. But, what they won't do is limited in overtime work that's not tied to main work ,and then there will be no disruption on train operation. If the labor union goes on strike, it will be the first time after prioritization of Japan National Railway.
According to the labor union, it consists of 47000 employees, sharing about 80% of the whole employees. They also say "Whether or not we will go on strike is under discussion, and can't talk about details."
