Plans for light rail project to share BNSF corridor dropped

It's interesting that BNSF mainly uses heavy rails, while light rail project needs light rails literally. That's because BNSF is the company that operates freight trains.
I guess different criterias of the rails and scheduling diagrams may have affected abandoning the plan.
