Why don't you believe habits to eat dogs?

In impoverished countries, it's common to eat dogs in East Asia. Soon after World War 2 ended, my grandfather found stalls selling dog meat near Kyoto Station. It means dog meat were informally eaten in Japan.
Also in South Korea, until Seoul Olympic Games, there used to be many shops serving dog meat.
Though it's rare to see dog meat, we can find it in these countries when looking carefully.
