Tramway under construction at North Korean beach resort

It's interesting that the city just with less than 400000 people tries to build the tram line along its coast for tourists. Though I don't know the exact route, the tram should be connected with Wonsan International Airport to get more tourists board the train.
But, it would be different so far, due to COVID-19.
