Guangzhou has been famous for African immigrants. After beginning of this pandemic, some
local Chinese people began to discriminate them. I guess fear and stress against virus motivated citizens to remove people with different characteristic.
So, authorities should let residents relieved and persuade them into understanding that it has nothing to do with race nor ethnicity.
