Since turmoil in Xinjiang happened in 2009, People's Liberation Army must have been ordered to govern Xinjiang more strictly. What they came up with was to launch re-education camp in order to brainwash Islamic people into Chinese communism.
Unfortunately, Western countries are not taking this as a serious issue, due to anti-Islamic mood in some Western countries. I can't come up with how to
solve this issue
