Duga radar: Enormous abandoned antenna hidden in forests near Chernobyl

Judging from the structure that is made of metallic frames, one of the purposes of Duga must have been preventing electric wave from outside.
But, it would be difficult to completely detect the real reason.
Possibility is below.

・Research Institute for military use
・Education Center for brainwashing children or espionage
・Investigating foreign espionage
