It surprised me that he referred to foreigners working in Japan.
It would have been reflected by the upcoming issue that some foreigners who were invited to Japan as trainees are forced to work under minimum wage and in extremely long working hours.
I hope the emperor's quotation will help solving the issue at faster pace.
