Portugal's Douro Presidential Train: The world's tastiest rail journey

In Japan, luxurious sleeper trains, "Nanatsuboshi(Seven stars)", "Shikishima(Four Seasons' Island)",
"Mizukaze(Splendid Breeze)"
are popular.
But, they are newly manufactured trains which cost a lot.
Then, how about Portugal's Douro Presidential Train?
It's the old train but is worthwhile serving with expensive fare. It's more cost-effective than those Japan's trains.
