Just avoiding rainy weather, it's good to make reservation during its season.
But, Hurricane and Monsoon are not mere rainy weather. it's sometimes with extremely strong wind and high tide.
It means we can't afford to go outside, much less enjoying sightseeing.
So, travellers themselves can be endangered, even if they cancelled on-site tour and stay in local towns or cities.
I guess that going on a trip to these destinations during rainy season is not good except for the case it's sunny by accident.
