Dilemma that small countries consist of islands in this season have is prevention of COVID-19 and reduction of revenue by decreasing tourists. In order to take measures for former issue, they have to limit inbound tourists. But, it can cause the latter issue.
But, now that fatality rate of the virus turned out to be much lower than expected, they should gradually open gates for tourists.
