At a glance, I thought that it's confused with City Rail. But, actually, it's a kind of metros which is going to be built around Sydney.
Though Sydney doesn't have a metro system, City Rail plays a role as the metro system alternatively.
Therefore, it's mysterious that New South Wales decided to build metro lines in addition to City Rail.
