The duration to celebrate Christmas depends on countries.
For example, Japan begins Christmas celebration earlier. The country begins Christmas events or decoration around the end of November, but clearly ends on December 25. After December 26, traditional way of celebrating a new year suddenly begins.
Last year, at night on December 25, I found a Christmas decoration being replaced with bamboo, the symbol of new year. But, 5 days later, while I was in Vietnam, checking counters in Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport were full of Christmas decoration and Christmas movie was broadcasted inflight.
