Our research group members who are in the same grade with me gathered at Osaka Station.
We headed for Okayama by using JR Lines via Himeji, Aioi. We ate ramen for lunch at Okayama station. What impressed us was that we were able to eat another ramen for free, which is usually called "Kaedama" in Japanese.
After that, we boarded trains for Onomichi via Kurashiki. At Kurashiki, we went up to Senko-ji temple, which is the most famous temple in the city.
Near Onomichi
On our ways to the temple, we could find many cats.
Those cats
One of us felt comfortable by cat. But, unfortunately, a cat ran away from him, while the cat sat in front of a cute girl.
We returned to Onomichi station and took train for Hiroshima via Itozaki. At Hiroshima, we ate Hiroshima-yaki, which is the kind of Japanese pancake containing a variety of ingredients.
After dipping in hot springs, we stayed at a budget hotel near Miyajimaguchi.
