Through Japanese media, Warfare in South Sudan has been reported. But, there is another issue reported more significantly in Japan.
That is Japanese government allowed its Self-Defense Force to impart 10000 bullets to South Korean Force in South Sudan. It has been an issue, because it can abuse the three principles on arms exports.
