Microsoft beams Internet into Africa

I'm interested in how many people in Polokwane have already had their own gadgets. If the rate of spread of the device with WiFi capability remains low, this service won't be popular.
And, as the director of research in University of Oxford's says, Not only the Internet but also the other necessity is not fully supplied in that area. So, I think it's too early to install WiFi systems.
