China starts work on world's tallest building

Citation: http://edition.cnn.com/2013/07/24/travel/sky-city-breaks-ground/index.html?iid=article_sidebar

The Broad Group adopts prefabricated steels or concrete to build facilities within a short time. I'm skeptical about applying this way of construction to building skyscrapers. Another way of construction must be necessary for the world's tallest building.
For example, Taipei 101, which is the second tallest building now adopts a special structure which protect the building from wind pressure.

In the first place, competition of the highest buildings must be restricted before collapsing one of them someday.
