LTA seeking public feedback on COE, car ownership schemes

What's the purpose of this policy?
Singapore has already installed ERP systems on roads in the country.
So, levies imposed on each family is equitable. And, how many cars one family can have doesn't make unfair situation. For example, if a family has two cars and a husband drives one and a wife drives another, levies will be twice as much as levies imposed when the two share one car.

If the policy is to conserve environment, it will be reasonable.
