Until I read this article, I thoght all the major airports around the world must have had check-in machines, let alone Changi Airport.
But, as far as I saw check-in machines in Kansai International Airport, only a few people use ones. It must be because many passengers are afraid of not knowing how to use and hesitate to deal with air tickets.
