Japan says no flights until Osprey confirmed safe

The issue is similar to that of restarting nuclear power plants. Both of the critical people say "We won't accept deployment of Osprey or restarting nuclear power plants unless safety is confirmed."
The most important problem in what they claim is ambiguous or fantasy criteria on safety.
Although I don't know exact percentage of causing an accident per one Osprey, we have to learn an extent of risk.
For example, if one Osprey can bring three times as much military freight as an alternative plane, and is likely to cause an accident twice as frequently as the alternative plane, the Osprey must be safer than the alternative plane.

We have to consider total factors to assess something.
