Today is virtually the beginning day of this year in Japan, many people warn that they will confront difficulties.
For example,
"Recruits are not permitted to reach their offices after their bosses' arrival and to leave the offices before their bosses' departure, even if recruits keep designated working time."
"Recruits are initially thought to be useless by conventional employees, and then they are likely to be scolded unreasonably."
"Recruits are required to attend drinking sessions held by bosses."
All of these sayings are common sense at least in Japanese conventional companies.
When I put together today's diary, we can say that bosses own unlimited powers.
