Today, I had a chance to listen to speeches by probationers who have already experienced teaching practice.
Totally, teachers in public schools frequently point out bad behaviors of probationers.
One of the dreadful examples is the following story.
When a probationer couldn't finalize experiment due to lack of time, his teacher said to him "You deprived the students of the chance to experiment!"
That words discouraged him to become a teacher.
I guess conventional systems in public schools are no longer effective in this era.
