Since I didn't bring my lunch to my university, I decided to eat out.
I went to a Yakiniku*1 restaurant near my university with two researchers in my laboratory.
The Yakiniku restaurant is famous for serving large amount of food.
My senior researcher ordered a Yakiniku lunch set. After a while, a clerk brought him the lunch set. But we found the meat wasn't fully broiled. He said "There were so many customers in the restaurant that the cook couldn't afford to complete cooking.".
Because contaminated raw meat which caused food poisoning has been reported recently, all the restaurant should pay attention to food safety.
