A wife in my part-time job asked my colleague whether female masters are disliked by recruiting staffs of companies or not. The colleague answered it woundn't be.
I think that the ridiculous way of recruiting as I mentioned the other day make females get jobs even if they want to marry.
In other words, Japanese companies are not preparing for female applicants who finished babies' care. It is because companies only adopt newly graduated students from college.
I can't find a solution for this problem.
