Why will they open at the same time?

Riyadh metro test running begins
http://www.metro-report.com/news/news-by-region/middle-east-africa/single-view/view/riyadh-metro-test-running-begins.html

It's the second metro in Saudi Arabia, following Mecca.
It's strange that Riyadh didn't have any metro system, though the city has more than 5 million people.
But, next year, 6 metro lines will open at the same time. It's also strange that the metro network is not extending gradually, but is scheduled to be born suddenly at one time.

Why did they try to welcome the ruling country?

Perfect pastels: Why India's 'Pink City' is a photographer's paradise
https://edition.cnn.com/style/article/jaipur-pink-city-architecture-photography/index.html

According to World's history taught in Japan's high schools, Indian people seem to protest against colonization by UK. But, the article says several buildings painted with pink were built for welcoming the emperor from UK.
It's not what I expected.

Otherwise, the order to paint the buildings was from UK's government?

Why are they working so hard?

A city is shutting down employees' computers to stop them from working late

The situation is similar to that in Japan.
Especially, the concern that regulation of working hours may make employees bring their task back home. It really happens in Japan.
Dentsu, a Japan's company backlashed after an employee died due to overtime work, began to regulate working hours strictly. It forced many employees to bring work home. So, their working hours remained, and their salary was decreased.

So, what we need is to change mind.
"Forgiving those who can't keep deadline."

Why do they eat out?

edition.cnn.com

Those who can't afford to cook home have to find out alternative food source.
Before thinking about that, do we have to avoid occupation as to eat out everyday, due to business trip?
I cannotfind an answer. So, I wish the article would show us the ways to access to alternative healthy food for people who can't cook food by themselves.

Why were not they noticed by police

money.cnn.com

When we want to make something go across nation's border behind police, what would you do?
The answer is that what crosses border must be enough small not to be detected by police.
I've heard that a man who tried to exile to United States from Cuba navigated a small airplane without using rader. As a result, it was not detected by police.
The aircraft was too small to detect in ocean which divides US and Cuba.

On the other hand, it will be impossible to navigate aircraft from Shenzhen to Hong Kong without detection by police. But, drone will be so small that it was not detected by police for a long time.
But, if you repeat it, the possibility to be noticed by police must be increased.

Why aren't they afraid of influx of contemporary culture?

Emotions high as South Korean pop stars prepare to rock Pyongyang
https://edition-m.cnn.com/2018/03/30/asia/kpop-north-korea-red-velvet-intl/index.html

I'm interested in how North Korean people react contemporary actors and actresses from South Korea.
Though some people have watched them by illegally imported videoes, the others must take them vividly.
At the same time, it means to inform more North Korean citizens of the glimpse of outside world, while it means to give them better impression on South Korea.
North Korean authority wouldn't be afraid of that?
