Why is it harmful to let him say everything recklessly

United States have to be a predecessor of democracy for Asian nations, some of which are governed by dictators.
But, if the dictator-oriented president emerges in the predecessor, Asian leaders will imitate what he does.

President Trump has to know that his attitude may influence behaviour of the leaders in other nations.

Why are they allowed to succeed the cult that carried out massacre twice?

asia.nikkei.com

As the article says, there are a couple of cults succeeding the denounced cult, Aum Shinrikyo.
I guess why successors are allowed to launch the similar cults.
To make it simple, it's equivalent to the movement that German authority allow Nazis believers to launch new political groups.
Surely, it's important for democratic countries to respect individual opinions. But, Japan's authority should limit criminals' right to form a religious or political group until expiration of their imprisonment.

Why don't they refurbish the tunnel?

Not only hudson river tunnel, but also most of the stations on New York Subway's underground stations are kept as it was built. So, it's also the problem among public transportation infrastructure around New York.
But, current regime seems to be reluctant to invest on public transportations, judging from Trump's decision to cut budget on Amtrack.
There seems to be difficult to renovate public transportation around New York.

Why are these cities fragile?

North Korea sanctions are strangling this Chinese city
http://money.cnn.com/2018/01/25/news/economy/dandong-china-north-korea-sanctions/index.html

Cities on national border tend to prosper by trading between 2 countries. In other words, these cities are deeply dependent on trading industry. So, once the industry declines, the cities would confront serious damages like Dangdong.

Why is it achievable during Duterte?

PNR orders Indonesian DMUs
http://www.railwaygazette.com/news/passenger/single-view/view/pnr-orders-indonesian-dmus.html

I was surprised at the last sentence.
The quote "Our desire is to expand the country’s railway system from the 77 km it is today and finish a 1 900 km network during the term of President Duterte"

Judging from the fact that PNR purchased DMUs, instead of diesel locomotives, PNR seems to expand its network around metropolitan areas.
But, even if it's possible, it won't be possible to complete 1900km networks during Duterte.

Why do they choose smaller houses?

Are these tube homes the answer to Hong Kong's housing problem?
https://edition.cnn.com/style/article/opod-tube-home-hong-kong/index.html

In addition to high population density, excess investment from Mainland China on housing in Hong Kong is raising property price and lets people choose smaller houses.
But, after the end of flourishing economy and population increase in China, property price will be plummeting and tube homes will no longer be favored.

Why do people in new tourist destinations get angry?

12 destinations travelers might want to avoid in 2018
https://edition.cnn.com/travel/article/places-to-avoid-2018/index.html

We have to realize that newly promoted destinations are likely to be ignorant of how to accomodate tourists. So, it would be unsafe to choose those destinations when it became famous.
Especially, in developing countries, local residents don't know what tourists from developed countries need, which would result in boycotting tourists.
