Osaka Metro is now working on construction of Chuo Line extension to Yumeshima from Cosmosquare. Osaka City, OTS(Osaka-ko Transport System), and Osaka Metro determined inauguration date as January 19, 2025(Sun) based on construction status and various inspection schedules.
This extended section will be the only railway directly running through Osaka・Kansai EXPO in 2025. While the expo is being held, there will be many passengers on board the train. This section is also a main railway to Integrated Resorts.
Osaka Metro is pledged to transport safely and reliably to let all the passengers use safely and comfortably.
